In our mission and efforts of continuous improvement, from February 28th, 2020, our Tech Support team will be engaged in ongoing training sessions, scheduled for the last Friday of each month, and therefore unavailable for tech assistance.
To ensure that you, our most valued customers, always receive efficient and accurate assistance, the tech support team will be offline, improving their skills.
There will be no tech calls or engineering assistance on the days mentioned above.
